Philippine Nurses Association California Orange County (PNACOC) is a non-profit organization established in 2018. PNACOC embraces all healthcare professionals regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion and/or disability. Embedded in its core values are lifelong learning, caring, empowerment, diversity, holism, innovation, inspiration, respect, service, and teamwork. Its goals are to empower its members; advocate for global health; foster professional growth, collaborate with community organization’s initiatives; and advance professional nursing through education and research.
