    • Active Member (1 yr): $80​​

    • Active Member (2 yrs): $150

    • Associate Member (1 yr): $80

    • Associate Member (2 yrs): $150

    • Student (1 yr): $40

    • Student (2 yrs): $80

Dues and Funds

  • Annual dues shall be in alignment with PNAA dues. PNACOC Executive Board shall determine the amount of the annual membership dues.

  • The LVN, Allied Health Professional and student fees shall be 17% of the active members' fees.

  • Delinquency and Reinstatement: â€‹Any member whose dues are not received on or before expiration of membership shall be removed from the membership roster and all privileges from the association shall be withdrawn. Reinstatement shall be by submission of an application and payment of current dues.

  • In support of its objectives, the Association may collect fees from its members, solicit, and accept donations and hold fundraising activities not contrary to law or public policy.

  • The Association shall allocate funds to the immediate family member of a deceased member, spouse, and children upon approval of the Board of Director

  • All reimbursements shall be followed by the responsible member and submitted to the Treasurer within the calendar year.

  • Funds, properties collected or received for or on behalf of the Association shall belong to PNACOC and shall be used solely for the fulfillment of the mission and goals of the Association.

Ethical Standards
  • The Executive Board may censure and expel a member for cause by majority vote, provided there was due process (hearing) at which member was permitted to defend  him/herself.

  • Any member may be removed from the membership roster for:

    • Violation of the Association's By-Laws and Rules of Conduct​

    • Acts, errors, and omissions detrimental to the goals of the Association.

    • Failure to pay PNACOC membership dues.

  • Any member suspended or expelled may be reinstated by a majority vote of the Executive Board, after such member has re-submitted an application and paid all current dues and assessments.​
