Last August 31st, the Philippine Nurses Association California Orange County (PNACOC) underwent a significant leadership transition as it inducted a new executive board to serve a two- year term. This leadership change marks a critical moment for the organization as it continues its mission to promote the interest of Filipino Nurses in Orange County. The newly appointed board is tasked with steering the organization through evolving healthcare and nursing challenges, formulating strategic initiatives, and strengthening partnerships with PNAA (Philippine Nurses Association of America), its sister chapters from all over the United States and community based organizations. With a focus on driving impactful activities and expanding awareness, the new leadership team is expected to inject fresh perspectives and renewed vigor into PNACOC. The event was well attended by 70participants with special involvement from national and regional officers led by PNAA President-Elect Bob Gahol and PNAA Western Region Vice President Maricon Estebar, alongside representatives from Sister Chapters: PNA-Southern California, PNA-San Diego, and PNA-South Riverside.
